Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we take full responsibility. Please contact us at midnightdollvideo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Sizing and Cancellations Since each item is printed on demand immediately after an order is placed, we kindly ask you to review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing, as we cannot automatically process exchanges or refunds for sizing mistakes or change of mind once production begins. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to our support team and we will do our absolute best to find a solution for you.
